R from your ROI.

The traditional, big agency way of working is no longer relevant. And at SNYDER/STUDIO we believe better work (and greater cost savings) can be achieved through a much more efficient process. The senior team you meet at the initial briefing is the same one that will create, execute and measure the work.

Also, following our cyclic process of strategy, creativity, execution and analysis, every marketing dollar leads to better consumer insights, which leads to stronger consumer engagement, which leads to better consumer insights, which leads to stronger consumer engagement, which leads to…you get the idea.

Gary began his career as an Art Director at O&M Direct in London. Numerous awards later, he moved within the network to the open spaces of New Zealand where he continued to win global awards as Creative Group Head on American Express, IBM and NZ Telecom.

Moving to Leo Burnett, and later to Saatchi and Saatchi in Sydney, Australia, Gary was the creative lead on Fox Sports, NRMA Insurance and Toyota Camry. In 2003, Gary opened Plump Films, a boutique production company. Adding strategic and creative capabilities, he relaunched as Mammal, a full service agency/production company. Moving to New York in 2016, Gary and longtime friend, John Foster, began a creative partnership that would ultimately include Kristina Snyder, CEO of Snyder New York. It soon became clear that the multi-disciplinary skills of all three combined perfectly - and so SNYDER/STUDIO was born.

Gary has produced a number of award-winning short films. However, when he’s not creating, Gary is ridiculously over-engaged with sport and is often cheering himself hoarse for the Giants, Rangers and the Bronx Bombers.
